When a visitor submits the project request form, CodeCraft Systems may receive the name, contact details, project type, selected services, message, source page, IP address and browser user agent.

How it is used

The information is used to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, manage leads, improve support and keep a basic admin record of project communication.

Storage

Lead information can be stored in the website database or fallback storage folder depending on the live hosting setup. Access should be limited to authorised CodeCraft Systems admin users.
